Staff Change/Salesforce User Accounts Requests/Password Reset

Funded-Partners are able to request the reactivation, addition or removal of official Salesforce user accounts for their staff. 

When reactivating or adding a new staff user, please be sure to survey your team to determine if a corresponding user account needs to be removed.

Please remember, leadership still needs to create staff contact in Salesforce and the contact information to the corresponding program staff list. Lead staff have the ability to add information.

Staff Assignment FYI:
  • One staffer can be assigned to multiple access positions, but multiple staffers cannot be assigned to one access position. 
  • Staffers can be listed even if they do not have an official Salesforce account
  • Only staffers with official Salesforce accounts are able to make any updates or changes to the program information.
